Plug it in, let it heat for about two minutes (you'll hear a little click when it reaches proper temperature), place your two burger patties on the bottom half, close the lid. Grease drains out to a little catch pan underneath. Burgers are done in about 4 minutes, nice and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.<br /><br />Clean up is simple. It's non-stick so you can often just clean it with a dish rag. Otherwise hold it under hot running water (just the griddle section) and use a soapy brush.<br /><br />Also excellent for chicken breast and pork chops.
